• For a Full Refund once your item is received you have two business days to send the item back to us. 
           After the two business days have passed we will not be able to give you a full refund we                    would only be able to make an exception to give a store credit or do an exchange at that                  point.

  • For an Exchange once your item is received you have two business days to send the item back to us to process your Exchange however if you are unsure of what you want to Exchange your item for we can give the customer a store credit in the mean time. But the customer still needs to send back the item within that time frame.

When placing a Return or Exchange keep in mind that: 

All items should be unworn and unwashed! 

Items must be returned at the customer's expense. 

There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

The customer must be able to provide proof of postage (tracking number or receipt) just in case your order is lost in the process of being sent back to Urban Couture which may result in us not being able to process your return or exchange.

We have the right to not credit you back if your return goes against the terms of our Return Policy.
